精電衡器股份有限公司創立於1993 年，總公司位於台中市，初期以生產口袋秤、珠寶秤、廚房秤…等產品為主。由於品質優良以及價格合理，所以深受國內外客戶支持與肯定；產品銷往國內外，如 : 美國、歐洲、中南美洲、以及東南亞等地區。

2005年初，為擴大市場以及產品系列並降低成本，因此在福建省角美工業綜合開發區投資設立子公司漳州勝發衡器有限公司。

公司擁有完善的生產檢測設備及一流的研發人才，不斷推出多系列高品質的電子衡器和秤重顯示器。

公司所營運之產品項目有計重秤、計數秤、台秤、小地磅、顯示器、感應器與其他相關衡器零組件等產品，並為廣大的客戶群提供OEM/ODM代工的業務。
