One of the hottest topics in AI recently is Kimi K3, a new model developed by Chinese AI company Moonshot AI.
For years, we've treated AI as a chatbot : we ask questions, and it gives us answers. But the Kimi K3 is designed for something more. Rather than simply responding to prompts, it is optimized for AI Agent workflows, enabling it to understand user intent, plan tasks, and assist with completing multi-step workflows instead of just generating text.

Kimi K3 features a 1-million-token context window, allowing it to process large volumes of text, research papers, and even entire software projects without splitting them into smaller chunks. It has also been optimized for software development, helping developers understand codebases, debug issues, and refactor code, making AI feel more like a collaborative development partner than a code generator.
More importantly, as an open-weight model, Kimi K3 gives enterprises and developers greater flexibility to deploy, customize, and integrate AI into their own applications.

In recent years, NVIDIA Jetson has become increasingly popular across the AI industry.
From robots and AI-powered cameras to today's fast-growing Local AI and Vision AI applications, Jetson is powering a wide range of intelligent devices.

So, what exactly is NVIDIA Jetson?

Simply put, Jetson is NVIDIA's compact computing platform designed for AI and edge computing. Equipped with an NVIDIA GPU, it can run AI models directly on the device, enabling applications such as object detection, image analysis, speech recognition, and even Large Language Models (LLMs), without sending data to the cloud for every inference.

How is Jetson different from a traditional Industrial PC (IPC)?

If you've been following the AI industry recently, you've probably come across this term : Edge AI(Edge devices).Companies like NVIDIA, Qualcomm, Intel, and many other technology leaders are also investing heavily in Edge AI as one of the key directions for the future.

So, what exactly is Edge AI?

Take ChatGPT as an example. Most AI services send data to the cloud for processing before returning the results. But for robots, smart surveillance cameras, or automated inspection systems in factories, every second matters. Waiting for a response from the cloud can mean slower reactions when timing is critical.

Why Jetson Orin Nano is your best choice to start.

As the AI and robotics begins to become more of a every day related topic, one might want to dive in the world of AI and start learning, NVIDIA is no doubt one of the leading company in this field, they also encourages developer to do so, since they have those "Developer Kits".

For now there are three different kits:

Jetson Orin Nano Super Developer Kit
Jetson Orin AGX Developer Kit
Jetson AGX Thor Developer Kit

Choosing the right NVIDIA Jetson Developer Kit really depends on project's scale, but as of 2026, the Jetson Orin Nano Super Developer Kit still remains as the champion for beginners.

At $249, the Orin Nano Super gives you access to the same NVIDIA JetPack SDK used by multi-million dollar industrial projects, achieving seamless software experience with NVIDIA's flagship hardware for a minimal investment.

And it's small.

Unlike the older Jetson Nano (which may struggled with modern models), the Orin Nano can actually run YOLOv8, Transformers, and SLMs (like Llama 3) in real-time. This means you won't get stuck with hardware bottlenecks while trying to learn the latest 2026 AI techniques.
