【工廠日誌 #84｜從設備安全開始，把基本功做好 ⚙️】

除了日常的組裝、試車與設備調整，內部教育訓練也是工廠日常的重要一環。

本次課程主題為 「CE課程－電控系統安全／基本機械安全要求」，從設備設計、操作與維護等面向出發，重新整理與實際工作密切相關的安全觀念。

對機械設備製造而言，安全不只是一項設備功能，更需要落實在設計、組裝、試車，以及後續操作與維護的每一個環節。

透過 CE 相關課程與定期內部教育訓練，讓同仁持續累積安全知識，也將課堂所學落實到每天的工作現場。

把安全觀念融入日常，把每一個基本環節做好，讓設備與工作現場都更安全、更可靠。 ⚙️

【3D列印和管子，真的可以這樣製造嗎？👀】

🙌很高興迎接來自 #成功大學 、 #清華大學、 #臺東大學 的師生們來到 Everplast Machinery 工廠參訪，近距離了解塑膠加工、管材押出與 3D 列印技術，看看這些產品實際是怎麼製造出來的。

從大型塑膠 3D 列印設備開始，了解塑膠粒料如何經過加熱、押出，再依照數位路徑一層一層堆疊成形；接著走進押出設備生產現場，認識管材從材料塑化、押出成形，到後段設備的實際製程，也了解一條押出生產線如何組裝與整合。

參訪過程中，師生們也與 Everplast #陳國信董事長 團隊和 樂土Lotos - 郭博 士 交流 、塑膠押出與不同材料應用，從設備技術一路延伸到實際產業需求，進一步了解產品從材料到成形的製造過程。

期待未來有更多產學交流的機會，讓課堂上的技術知識與實際製造現場有更多連結。

【TaipeiPLAS 2026｜9月，台北見】

今年 TaipeiPLAS，Everplast 會帶哪些設備到現場？

這次 Everplast Machinery 將在 K0308 展出三項不同製程設備，從大型製造、精密押出一路看到後段收捲：

🔹 高分子顆粒大型 3D 列印
直接使用塑膠粒料進行大型物件列印，可依需求搭配不同塑膠與複合材料，應用於大型模具、家具、展示裝置、工業零件與客製化製作。

🔹 PFA 鐵氟龍管押出機
針對氟塑料精密押出需求，從材料塑化、溫度控制到管材成形，適用於半導體、化工及高純度流體輸送等應用。

🔹 半自動收捲機
搭配管材生產線進行後段收捲，依生產需求控制收捲作業，協助管材整理與後段製程順利銜接。

除了設備展示，Everplast 團隊也會在現場分享塑膠押出、醫療管材，以及不同客製化生產線的實際經驗。

🎉2026 台灣3D列印暨積層製造設備展結束了，帶大家一起回顧這幾天 Everplast Machinery 在現場的展示。

Everplast Machinery 帶來大型膠粒式 3D 列印設備，展出了幾件實際列印作品，包括 HIPS 立體幾何牆面構件、舊金山燈椅、塑木椅以及大型塑膠吧台。

比起單純展示機台，我們更希望讓大家直接看到：大型膠粒 3D 列印做出來的東西，可以怎麼進入家具、空間設計與大型客製化製作。

展會期間也遇到不少來自設計、製造與不同產業的朋友，現場聊了很多材料、設備與實際製作上的問題。

【工廠日誌 #83｜LLDPE 管生產線｜穩定引取 × 連續固定長度切割】

LLDPE 管材完成押出與冷卻後，後段設備的穩定性同樣影響整體生產效率。

透過皮帶引取機穩定控制管材輸送速度，使管材連續、平順地進入後段製程；搭配飛刀切台，可依設定長度進行連續定長切割，在不中斷生產的情況下快速完成切斷。

從押出成形、穩定引取到定長切割， Everplast Machinery 提供完整的 LLDPE 管材押出生產線整合方案，並可依管徑、材料與產能需求進行客製化配置。

這幾天，我們很高興在現場與來自設計、製造、材料、展示與產品開發領域的朋友交流，也收到許多關於大型 3D 列印應用的實際提問。

從設計想法到實際成品，中間需要的不只是一台 3D 列印機

From Design Concept to Finished Object, It Takes More Than a 3D Printer

As the exhibition enters its third day, many visitors have been asking similar questions:
How large can large-scale 3D printing go?
What materials can be used?
Can it be applied to real products or site-specific installations?

展會第二天，我們想分享大型顆粒式 3D 列印在製造上的幾個關鍵。

【工廠日誌 #82｜PP 波紋管生產線試車中 🔧】

今天工廠進行 PP 波紋管生產線試車。

從押出、波紋成形一路到後段捲收，工程團隊逐段確認設備運轉與管材成形狀況，並依照實際試車結果調整相關參數。

除了波紋外觀，也同步觀察輸送穩定度與捲收排列，確認前後段設備能順暢銜接。

從成形機構調整到最後完成捲收，都是正式生產前需要反覆確認的細節。⚙️
