"衛福部健保署爆出竊取2300萬民眾投保就醫資料，時間長達13年，週刊更披露作案手法為使用隨身碟竊取檔案。"

雖然健保署已開記者會公開調查結果說明目前並無該筆資料以USB存取攜出的LOG紀錄，希望降低外界對於個資外洩的疑慮)，但其實內部人士根本不需要下載或是以USB存取，只需開啟檔案後以紙筆記錄或是使用手機錄影就能輕易竊取敏感資料。

健保署需要更安全且更有效率的方式進行資料庫內敏感資料使用！
近期在Nature Machine Intelligence刊登的文章及提到以硬體加密(trusted ex*****on environments (TEE))或許是未來data in use安全的最佳解方。

This is another perfect example of a huge cooperate like Twitter that should generate/save their keys in a more secure environment.
