We were invited to give a speech on AI in Healthcare and innovation at CoIC (College of Intelligent Computing) of CGU (Chang Gung University). We shared our AI use cases we developed, and the structured techniques for innovation with students and faculty.

In Innova Taiwan, we understand that innovation is the key to success in today's rapidly evolving business landscape. It's crucial to create a culture that fosters creativity and allows innovation to flourish. Innovation involves more than just great ideas. You have to go thru structured processes to reach your goals.

We outlined a four-step approach for building an innovation strategy
1. Clearly defined problem you're solving.
2. Develop structured processes which can take you from ideation, prototyping, and testing to commercialization.
3. Always think lean and act agile. Focus on the essentials and reduce the waste.
4. Choosing metrics that measure the impact of innovation, considering long term outcomes.

The Taipei leadership team discussed collaboration opportunities as well as possibilities for conferences events. CGU, being one of the most prestigious research institutions in Taiwan, puts its students' future careers first, to reach the world. We look forward to providing opportunities to their students with global technology experience, especially in the fields of AI.

We had the pleasure to host Joshua Tseng, Special Assistant to the Qisda Corp CEO, and William Yen today. The TDC team showcased our facility and capabilities, and also briefed on our key technology and use cases of data, cloud, and AI while Joshua shared his insights and long impressive career in both Silicon Valley and Taiwan software and semiconductor industries.

We've found many common values shared by the two sides. For many years, Taiwan's tech market has been revered for its innovations in hardware and manufacturing, particularly semiconductors. In addition, Taiwan has immense potential to become a global software hub with top talents and innovations. Innova Taiwan will collaborate with Qisda and the government to make advance deployment to transform the IT industry in Taiwan, build the bridge for Taiwan to join the global IT market, and offer emerging talents the opportunity to reach the world.

We look forward to exploring potential collaborations and working together with Qisda toward reaching our common goals.

This Saturday (01/20/2024), Innova Solutions Taiwan organized a Kids Programming Camp at Huaxing Elementary School, emphasizing the fun, collaboration, and creativity in coding—the language of the future. We encourage every child to learn it.

With over 15 active participants, the sessions included an introduction to Scratch programming and quizzes designed to raise awareness in traffic safety and healthy eating via games. Each team had dedicated mentors from Innova Taiwan to ensure focus and enjoyment. The camp provides students a great opportunity to interact, explore, and expand their thinking.

At Innova Taiwan, we understand the significance of community service. This camp aligns with our company's values and goals, fostering recognition and rewarding volunteers with enhanced self-esteem and leadership skills. Big thank you to our awesome team for making a positive impact in local communities.
