走進以陶瓷文化聞名的鶯歌，新旺集瓷已在這裡深耕近百年。從 1926 年的製瓦工場開始，許家四代守著這門手藝，從瓦、碗、磁磚，一路做到今天的生活陶藝與手作體驗。
捏陶、拉坯的溫度沒有變，改變的是預約的方式。
過去，課程預約要靠電話確認，也常遇到客人臨時不來。現在，旅客從官網就能直接選課程、線上付款，到場出示憑證就能上課。
「系統越做越好，我們就會很樂意一直用下去。」

In Yingge, Taiwan’s pottery town, the Hsu family has been working with clay since 1926. The craft hasn’t changed, but the way guests book has.
Bookings used to be confirmed one phone call at a time. Today, guests book and pay on the website, then simply show their voucher on arrival.
