For the last 5 years, I have watched as Unknown forces have created changes in our life. It seems to me that we have a choice and can design futures by our conscious efforts. Transformation can be a conscious choice that must go beyond hard work or even smart work. It will take focus and discipline along with hard and smart work over long periods of time and effort.
