The recent days many customers contact us to share about their experiences of freezing, hanging or touching errors on their iphone 6, and iphone 6 plus after updating to I.o.s 10. Actually it is a version of I.o. S specialize for iphone 7 and iphone 7 plus with the new chipset fusion A10 and ram 2gb up while the Iphone 6 and 6 plus ram only 1Gb and packed with chipset A8 only. Speed and power is much lower. So we recommend the customers qho own the iphone 6 and iphone 6 plus shouldn't update the i.o.s 10.2 yet. If you guys wanna use some special functions of i.o.s 10.2, it is recommended for the user who have at least iphone 6s or 6s plus with the ram 2Gb and chipset A9 (still very smooth and very fast). The models like iphone 4,4s,5,5s,6, 6 plus .... should run i.o.s 8 or 9 is the best.

what is Refurbished phones???
1. What is the Refurbished phones:
- Refurbished phone is the phones have often been used, the term "used" has a more specific meaning. A used phone is sold as is. It has not been tested or fixed, and it comes with NO GUARANTEE. A refurbished phone is different in that it has been tested, repaired if necessary, and it has been cleaned by a company or an individual ==> In general can say that it is SECONDHAND phone but Used not longtime and has problems that cannot be fixed or can be fixed but the cost is high ==> producers (SONY, SAMSUNG, APPLE, HTC, ASUS ...) don't want to fix it and sell to other partners, then these partners repair the problems phone, reboxed them then sell with cheaper price by themselves.
2. Can I warranty the phone in case it has problem during my using time? IS Refurbished phone sellers warranty for their phones?
- YES, you can have warranty for REFURBISHED phones. HOWEVER, it cannot be warrantied producer place, only can warranty at the place you buy it. For Example, if you buy a Samsung J7 REFURBISHED by Techcom company, when the phone has problem, you can only warranty at Techcom, SAMSUNG won't accept to warranty this phone.
AS I know, the Company who do REFURBISHED phones also give their warranty for 1 year.
3. In Taiwan have REFUBISHED phones?
- Yes, In Taiwan we have some companies do REFURBISHED phones to sell. AS I know is Techcom company
4. What is Authentic companies who ONLY sell phone with ORIGNAL WARRANTY from PRODUCERS in Taiwan?
- AS I know, in Taiwan, you can buy the phones from some distributing companies like TAIWANMOBILE, CHUNGHWA SENAO, FAR EASTERN .... Or, you can also buy the phones directly from the Producers stores like APPLE STORES, SAMSUNG STORES, HTC STORES, SONY STORES ....

These days some customers tell me about some guys counterfeit our shop to sell the stuffs. We really don't know about it then today we must confirm you guys about us like that. Any products from us now always come with the warranty card which indicate the very details information about product and price, and have my private signature. In the futures we will also change the way to pack the phones- will update soon.

Actually, what do you think about that? Samsung produces Chipset for Apple phones and IPAD ... It is one more time make me feel like without IOS system, APPLE will no longer be a splashy competitor to Samsung. Even with I.O.S, APPLE is also still get in trouble to compare with it's biggest rival - the giant from Korea.

"My phones are getting hot even I just use it for Facebook for few minutes ???" - Note 3 users.

- Not only note 3, note 4, but also other samsung series phones, iphone or and brand like Sony and HTC, Asus are the same. They will come a little hot when you are using it even just for facebook, youtube for few minutes .. and more serious after using it for game...

- Is it normal? Yes, it is very normal because of the super powerful chipset inside and the super high density screen will cost much energy and getting hot when your machine is operating. It is only the problem if you see that the phone getting hot and the battery is very quickly draining. ==> this is the battery problem...

- how can I define the battery problem ==> Normally for both smartphone they are designed to maximize the using time with their battery. so the easiest way to check is that you open youtube then play a video. then focus on your battery level. If around 2 minutes of playind video, the phone will just ost 1% of the battery, it mean that the battery is still normal ~ 90-95% as new. if more than 2 minutes, it mean that the battery are perfect.
The longest battery that I have seen is around 3:20" for a samsung S5 ==> sometimes, we have a very lucky phone like this, but very rare ( the reason cannot be explained exactly, but some experts said that it is may due to the very special case when the chipset itself maximize the functions and using time with the mainboard and other elements of your phone)

- So how can I solve the problem with the phone when it getting hot?
+ for the android phones, you can open the google play, download "clean master" and "battery doctor -saver" from Cheeta group. Then run it and make your phone cool down. also leave your phone without using for several minutes and absolutely close all your using application then it will be ok.
If you run these program then see that the phone will be little hot with the Celcius degree about 45-68°C, it is totally normal. if more than 65°C, you should check the battery or mainboard problem.
Even you don't use, your phone inside is always from 43-45°C.
- for the iphone or IOS devices, you can download the "Battery doctor", then run it. it is more easier than the Android phone here at this point. This is the best advantage that the IOS devices can help you to control the devices condition much better.

This is all my experience for this problem!!! Wish you get exciting with your phones.

For people who love Samsung series...
If you are interested in Samsung high level products like S6,S6 Edge, Note 4 ..., but you don't have enough money ... wow! Such a tired you are.
So why don't change to thecommon series, they are also much powerful, A5, A7 or E5, E7 is good enough for you in this case. With the specsifications is also very good, can pay game well, and camera or other entertainment is also very good.
