民國64年設立，以生產毛衣為主

民國80年技術升級，引進全自動電腦橫編機

民國85年起相繼與紡拓會、紡研所技術合作

民國86年起與輔仁大學建教合作，提供參訪、暑期實習及廠內開課等機會

民國100年獲經濟部工業局標識為紡織業優質產品並MIT認證
