我們的設計師(Design Boomsters)懂得品牌的運作及策略的重要性，而我們的策略團隊（Strategy Boomsters)更是運用設計思考(Design Thinking)來解決商業上的問題。這種設計思考跟經營策略緊密的契合我們稱之為Business Design（ 經營設計），藉以來創造企業新的價值及解決社會問題。

BOOM，是設計與策略撞擊時發出的轟隆聲，也意味著興旺及繁榮的發展。而【擘】則有擘畫、巨擘及擘肌分理的含義。BOOM與擘不只是我們的名字，更代表了我們的承諾與期許。
