🚀 全新案例分享：境向 EDS 網站改版設計｜由 BOOM Business Design 操刀

境向 EDS（Environmental & Design Studio）創立於 2001 年，是一個橫跨建築、室內設計、展覽與都市景觀等領域的跨領域設計團隊。EDS 結合創意與實踐，具備文化敏感度與以人為本的策略思維。隨著專案規模與作品日益擴展，數位形象升級成為當務之急。

- 挑戰 -
原網站由內部團隊以 Webflow 架設，雖具基本功能，但在視覺呈現與品牌形象上已不敷使用。版面不一致、內容過時，以及中英文版本錯誤頻仍，皆影響了使用體驗。而 Webflow 的編輯介面對內部人員來說過於複雜，也增加了維護成本。

- 解方 -
我們將網站整合至 WordPress 架構，提升維護效率與網站效能。整體設計採用嚴謹的網格系統，呼應 EDS 重視邏輯與秩序的設計語彙。後台介面經過客製化簡化，並內建教學影片，讓內部團隊能輕鬆管理與更新內容。另改用本地主機，大幅提升速度與成本效益。

- 成果 -
新版網站雙語清晰、架構有序，忠實呈現 EDS 精緻而內斂的品牌風格。內部團隊能自主更新內容，數位平台也為未來作品的擴充預留彈性空間，真正成為支持 EDS 成長的長期數位資產。

🚀 New Case Study: EDS Website Redesign by BOOM

Founded in 2001, EDS (Environmental & Design Studio) is an interdisciplinary design studio working across architecture, interior design, exhibition, and urban landscape. Known for bridging creativity and ex*****on, EDS combines cultural awareness with human-centered strategies. As the studio’s scope and body of work expanded, a refreshed digital presence became necessary.

- Challenge -
The previous website, built in-house using Webflow, was functional but no longer aligned with EDS’s image as a refined, professional firm. Visual inconsistencies, outdated content, and frequent bilingual issues hindered the user experience. Webflow’s interface, though powerful, proved too complex and costly for routine internal use.

- Solution -
The site was rebuilt on WordPress for improved maintainability and performance. A strict grid system was applied to reflect EDS’s architectural logic. The CMS was streamlined with custom fields and instructional videos, making it intuitive for internal staff. Local hosting was adopted to improve load speeds and reduce costs.

- Outcome -
The result is a clean, structured, bilingual website that accurately reflects EDS’s design ethos. The visual identity feels polished yet understated, while the internal team is empowered to manage content independently. It is a lasting platform designed to grow alongside EDS’s evolving portfolio.

我們幫自己做了一本小小的宣傳冊，
目前放在我們的長期合作夥伴兼好朋友 DMH Men's Hair 的店裡，
希望可以吸引到一些有興趣的客人。

DMH Men's Hair 是台灣頂尖的男士理髮店之一，
許多成功的老闆與創業家都是他們的常客。

這次我們也特別考量到放置地點的屬性與客群，
希望用他們容易理解、又有趣的方式來溝通品牌概念：

1️⃣ 既然你會在意自己的造型，品牌形象當然也應該被好好打理。
2️⃣ 不是每個髮型都適合每個人，就像不是每個品牌視覺都適合每個品牌一樣。☺️

幫每個品牌找到最適合自己的「造型」，
正是我們一直在做的事。

We created a small brochure for ourselves,
which is now placed at DMH Men's Hair, one of our long-time collaborators and closest friends,
hoping to catch the attention of potential clients.

DMH Men's Hair is one of the top men’s barbershops in Taiwan,
frequented by many successful entrepreneurs and business owners.

For this brochure, we specifically considered where it would be displayed and who would be seeing it —
so we crafted the message in a way that speaks directly to their world:
simple, relatable, and a bit fun:

1️⃣ If you care about your appearance, your brand should care about its image too.
2️⃣ Not every hairstyle fits every person, just like not every visual identity fits every brand. ☺️

我們協助規劃網站內容架構與動線，整合服務、團隊介紹、位置地圖與預約連結，並支援中文、英文、日文與韓文，提升網站的國際可讀性與實用性。

Located in the heart of Taipei, DMH is a premium men’s barbershop highly recommended by luxury hotels. To make it easier for international guests to discover and book their services, DMH partnered with BOOM / 擘 to design a sleek, multilingual one-page website.

We structured the content to highlight services, team, location, and booking, with full support for Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean, making the site clear and accessible across languages.

📈 Since launch, the site has become a key touchpoint for hotel referrals and international customer engagement.
