The Orbis Taiwan Team is a powerful example of what happens when talented individuals unite around a shared purpose. As the saying goes, “Network is your Net Worth,” and this team demonstrates that truth every day.
I am truly humbled to be part of this hand-selected team of six professionals, whose collective experience includes nearly 90 years of military service, 6 years of transportation coordination, 14 years of legal counsel, 5 years as a business owner, and more than 20 years of cybersecurity experience. While that depth of experience is impressive, the team’s greatest strength lies in the intangibles—trust, accountability, humility, resilience, and genuine care for one another.
During a recent offsite team-building event in Bellevue, Washington, the team aligned on why they chose to join Orbis Operations, defining a shared collective why that now anchors how they operate:
“World-class capability and caring leadership to safeguard Taiwan, empower our people, and make a positive, lasting difference.”
That purpose—combined with a mindset to “Challenge Everything, Embrace Failures, and Love Everyone”—is what makes this team special and drives real impact.
I am deeply grateful to Orbis leadership for the trust and support that continues to enable Orbis Taiwan to grow, invest in great people, and pursue excellence.
As we look ahead into 2026, I am honored and energized to help lead this team forward—focused on growth, opportunity, and winning together.

Orbis 台灣團隊正是一個強而有力的典範，展現出當一群優秀人才因共同使命而凝聚時，能夠創造多大的影響力。正如一句話所說：「人脈即資產（Network is your Net Worth）」，而這個團隊每天都在驗證這句話的真實性。
能夠成為這支由精心遴選的六位專業人士所組成的團隊一員，我深感謙卑與榮幸。團隊累積的經驗橫跨近 90 年的軍事服役資歷、6 年的運輸協調經驗、14 年的法律顧問實務、5 年的企業經營歷程，以及 超過 20 年的資安專業經驗。然而，真正讓這個團隊脫穎而出的，不只是這些亮眼的履歷，而是那些無形卻關鍵的特質——彼此信任、勇於負責、保持謙遜、具備韌性，以及真誠關懷彼此。
在近期於美國華盛頓州貝爾維尤（Bellevue）舉辦的一次團隊建立活動中，我們重新對齊了加入 Orbis Operations 的初衷，並共同定義出一個「集體的為什麼」，作為團隊運作的核心錨點：
「以世界級的能力與關懷型領導，守護台灣、賦能我們的夥伴，並創造正向且長遠的影響。」
這份使命，再加上我們所秉持的心態——「挑戰一切、擁抱失敗、關愛每一個人」，正是這個團隊與眾不同之處，也是驅動實質影響力的關鍵。
我由衷感謝 Orbis 領導團隊持續給予的信任與支持，讓 Orbis 台灣得以不斷成長、投資優秀人才，並堅定追求卓越。
展望 2026 年，能夠協助帶領這支團隊持續向前，我感到無比榮幸，也充滿動能——我們將專注於成長、把握機會，並肩邁向勝利。
