To the opposite end of Taiwan for this shooting, a fun in the sun in a beautiful location in the south of Taiwan called Kenting 墾丁 with fantastic weather for it days we shot. Made some friends enjoyed the the vitamin D.

I love acting, it’s my passion. I always give it my all no matter what role I play. I do really enjoy being part of fight scenes and action packed films, I get an enormous sense of adventure and a massive adrenaline rush when the moves link up and we pull off the scene to perfection. You’d be surprised how many hours go into choreographing just a few seconds of a fight scene. Sadly the final cuts of all the work that goes in doesn’t always get shown or seen in the final edit, but the involvement of filming fast paced action scenes is exhilarating.

I think it’s important to always keep moving forward and improving your skills and repertoire no matter what your career is. So I will always accept any role even if I don’t know how to do it, and learn along the way. I always enjoyed watching Jackie Chan fight scenes, I find that his ability to do all of his own stunts and perform at such a high level for such a long career is inspiring.

Doing the work that I do, I have to stay fit. But how do I maintain my physique?

Some people are put off by the thought of endless hours and work in the gym and a super strict diet, that they just give up early thinking it’s just not possible to maintain that lifestyle.

But what if I told you it’s really quite simple, in fact it’s just basic maths.
If the total amount of calories that you put into your body is more than you exert living your daily life or exercising, then you’ll gain weight. If you burn the same amount as you put in you’ll remain the same weight and of course if you burn more than you put in, you’ll lose weight.

Compound exercises (ones that use lots of different muscles) and high intensity (getting your heart rate high and sweating) are the two most important techniques for burning the most calories. The more calories you burn the more weight you lose.

This means you can eat pretty much whatever you want (like I do) and still be able to maintain your physique.

And to build muscle, you need to consistently increase the amount of weight that you lift, and eat enough protein.

This is a commercial I made for a short book 📖 last year.

This was a low budget commercial but the producer was happy with the final video.

What do you think of it?

For those who don’t know me personally, that’s not my accent. That’s my impression of a “cockney” accent, which is quite commonly found in London. I think the character I portrayed in as my own idea and was inspired by the British TV sitcom White Gold actor played by Ed Westwick, have you seen it? Definitely worth the watch if you haven’t. It’s a good insight into modern British humour with some recognisable faces from The Inbetweeners.... another MUST WATCH show!

Actually I had to remove the first part of this video because it was too rude for me to publish 🤭

As an actor I find it fun to invent and portray characters, who’s your favourite TV character?
