Modular Smart Automated Assembly Solutions

在少量多樣、快速換線與品質追溯需求持續提升的製造環境下，自動組裝線不應只服務單一產品，而應具備模組化、可擴充與快速導入的能力。
As demand continues to grow for high-mix production, rapid changeovers, and quality traceability, automated assembly lines should not be limited to a single product. They must be modular, scalable, and easy to deploy.

本案例以汽車轉向系統控制器為主要應用，整合機器人、輸送系統、精密治具、機器視覺與製程控制，完成塗膠、定位、組裝、鎖螺絲與品質檢測。
This system was developed for the assembly of automotive steering control units. It integrates robots, conveyor systems, precision fixtures, machine vision, and process control to perform dispensing, positioning, assembly, screw fastening, and quality inspection.

控制塗膠路徑、位置與膠量，確保密封與接合品質。
Controls the dispensing path, position, and material volume to ensure consistent sealing and bonding quality.

機器視覺｜Machine Vision
確認零件方向、位置及組裝狀態，避免錯裝與漏裝。
Verifies component orientation, position, and assembly status to prevent incorrect or missing parts.

自動組裝｜Automated Assembly
完成取放、定位、壓合、插接與工位搬運。
Performs part handling, positioning, press-fitting, insertion, and transfer between stations.

智慧鎖附｜Intelligent Screw Fastening
監控扭力、角度與鎖附結果，並建立產品追溯資料。
Monitors torque, angle, and fastening results while recording traceability data for each product.

透過模組化工站與可更換治具，系統可延伸至低軌衛星地面站模組、SIM 卡模組、通訊設備、工業控制器及其他精密電子產品。
With modular stations and interchangeable fixtures, the system can also be adapted for LEO satellite ground-station modules, SIM card modules, communication equipment, industrial controllers, and other precision electronic products.
