China SRRC – Type Approval 認證方式變更.
SRRC New Policy, from Oct. 15, 2018, SRRC will have new policy, comparing to old policy, new policy will have below changes:
從2018年10月15日起，SRRC將執行新政策，與舊政策相比，將有以下變化：
• For new application:/對於新申請：
1, Price:
Testing fee: the Authority won't charge testing fee anymore, however, pls note, 1, if testing fail, the testing fee need be charged by testing lab; 2, after getting SRRC certificate, applicant need submit documents like sales contract, etc. to the Authority, if can't provide it, Authority will consider that the applicant don't sale the product in mainland China, they will need pay testing fee to the lab.
Technical service fee: we will charge technical service fee(including samples set-up fee and handling fee for reviewing application documents, submitting application, testing follow-up and getting SRRC certificate), if need pre-testing service, we also will charge pre-testing fee(re-testing fee is not included). To improve passing rate of official testing, pre-testing is suggested. For now, only 6 labs are in authority's designated labs list, we will choose cooperated lab from these 6 labs to do pre-testing for you, which can improve passing rate of official testing and save testing time a lot. After new policy, no matter testing result is pass or fail, testing lab will submit report to Authority directly, if result is fail, Authority will not issue SRRC certificate.
1，費用：
測試費：官方將不再收取測試費，然而，請注意，1，如果測試不通過，測試費需要支付給實驗室；2，獲得SRRC證書後，申請人要將銷售合同等檔遞交給官方，如果不提供，官方將視作申請人不在中國銷售此產品，申請人將需要獨自支付測試費給實驗室，而不能享受免費的政策。
2，技術服務費：我們將收取技術服務費（包括樣品調試費和代理費：資料審核，申請，測試跟蹤，取證等工作），另外，如果需要做預測試，我們也將收取預測試費（重測費不包括在內）。為了提高正式測試時的通過率，我們建議客戶先做SRRC預測試。目前，SRRC官方指定實驗室只有6家，我們將從這6家中選擇合作實驗室進行預測試，這將大大提高正式測試時的成功率並能節約正式測試的時間，因為新政策後，無論正式測試結果通過還是不通過，實驗室都將直接出測試報告給官方受理機構，測試結果不合格，官方受理機構將不予發證。
2, Sample: first, customer need provide more samples than before; second, testing lab will choose testing samples by themselves from all provided samples.
2，樣品：首先，客戶要準備比之前更多的樣品；其次，實驗室自行從樣品中挑選測試樣品。
3, Leadtime: around 50 working days(if documents and testing goes well).
3，週期：大概50個工作日左右（如果資料和測試都順利的話）。
4, Documents:required more documents than before and requirements are stricter than before.
4，資料：要求的資料比以前多，要求也比以前嚴格。
5, Basic flow of application: complicated than before, for detailed, pls refer to attached "Basic Flow of SRRC Application".
5，流程：比以前複雜一些，具體請參照附件附件“無線電發射設備型號核准基本流程”。
• For certificate update:/對於證書變更：
If applicant need update some items of previous SRRC certificate, update application should be submitted to the Authority. If the update won't affect technical part, no need do testing.
如果申請人要變更原先證書的一些項目，需向官方提交變更申請。當變更不影響技術參數，無需測試。
• For certificate renewal:/對於證書延期：
Applicant need submit renewal application at least before 30 days of certificate expire date, when documents are same with new application, submitting a agreement of consistency is enough, no need submit other documents; if some documents are changed, just submitting changed documents are enough.
申請人應在證書有效期屆滿三十日前提交延期申請，申請材料與初次申請一致的，提交一致性承諾書，無需提交其他材料；部分材料不一致的，僅提交發生變化的部分材料。
