Cbus Property 與 Scentre Group 對位於雪梨市中心 Castlereagh 街與 Market 街交界處、前 David Jones 百貨原址進行總價值達10億澳元的綜合用途開發。
此項目位於高級零售區,鄰近歷史悠久的海德公園(Hyde Park),將以一座曲線優雅的高樓從歷史建築上拔地而起,徹底改變雪梨中央商業區的天際線。
此歷史建築的活化再利用,將保留原有建物結構並導入高端零售與頂級商業空間,而新增的22層豪華住宅塔樓將坐落其上,設有空中花園,並可俯瞰雪梨港與海德公園。
該合作開發案的施工也由 Scentre Group 承建,整體設計由屢獲殊榮的建築事務所 fjmt studio 操刀。這項消息發布之前,Cbus Property 與 Scentre Group 已於2020初獲得雪梨市政府的開發許可。
吉博力在此案,運用了SuperTube系統,大大減少了管道數量與施工時間,為雪梨市綠色施工帶來了全新的機會。
Cbus Property 執行長 Adrian Pozzo 表示:「我們很高興能啟動這項地標性開發計畫,將為雪梨市中心的高端購物、綠地與生活區域帶來嶄新的居住、工作與消費體驗。」
Inspecting new landmark development in Sydney
Cbus Property and Scentre Group have commenced construction on their $1 billion mixed-use development of the former David Jones department store at the corner of Castlereagh and Market Streets in the heart of Sydney’s CBD.
Set within the luxury retail precinct and near historic Hyde Park, the joint venture development will transform Sydney’s CBD skyline with a curvilinear tower seemingly arising from the heritage building below.
The heritage redevelopment will feature high-end retail and premium commercial within the existing building, while the new 22-storey luxury residential tower will be added above with podium gardens and views across Sydney Harbour and Hyde Park.
Scentre Group has also been appointed to build the joint venture project, designed by award-winning architects fjmt studio. The news comes after Cbus Property and Scentre Group received development consent from the City of Sydney 2020.
In this case, Geberit used the SuperTube system, which greatly reduced the number of pipelines and construction time, bringing new opportunities for green construction.
