🎥 Behind the scenes: Sales Transformation in action

We recently wrapped up a Sales Transformation Program for a hospitality supply team in Arusha and this short video captures some of the energy from the sessions.

It all started with a notification telling us that we had been nominated for the Acoya Awards. We were excited, but also curious, we had no idea that we had already been selected as winners.
On 12 June, we attended the awards ceremony, eagerly waiting for our category to be announced. As each award was presented, we waited anxiously for our turn. Then, just like that... the ceremony was over, and our name had never been called.

Naturally, we approached the organisers to find out what had happened. That’s when we were told that our award had been misplaced. While it was disappointing to miss the opportunity to celebrate such a special achievement on stage, we understood that these things can sometimes happen.

A few weeks later, our award finally made its journey to us—by bus! 😊

Today, we’re proud to officially celebrate and share the news:

Although the journey to receiving our award wasn’t quite what we had imagined, the recognition means just as much. This award is a testament to the passion, dedication, and excellence of our incredible team, as well as the trust and support of our clients and partners.

Throwback to 1st May. 🌧️

Weeks of planning. Grounds scouted. Equipment ready. Games designed. Facilitators briefed. Every detail in place for the Rusumo Power Company team building.

Then, minutes before kickoff — the skies opened.

What would you do?

The Rusumo team didn’t hesitate: “Let’s keep the show going.”

So that’s exactly what we did. We facilitated in the rain — soaked, laughing, fully present. And honestly? It became one of the most memorable sessions we’ve ever delivered.

Because at OSA, we follow what YOU need. Sunshine or storm, the experience goes on.

That’s what Driving Service Excellence looks like — even when it’s pouring. 💛

The bootcamp may have ended, but the journey is just beginning.

Day 10 was all about turning learning into action.

Each graduate participated in a one-on-one coaching session, reflecting on their strengths, identifying areas for growth, and developing a personal 90 - day action plan with clear goals for their career, professional development, and next steps.

Our goal was never just to inspire, it was to ensure every participant leaves with a roadmap.

Because confidence opens doors, but action creates opportunities.

Here’s to the next 90 days. We’re excited to see what this incredible cohort achieves. 🚀

Our Entrepreneurship Challenge pushed graduates to turn ideas into viable business pitches. To make it real, Outstanding Solutions invested seed capital into one winning idea because we believe talent deserves opportunity.

🎯 **DAY 7 OF OUR GRADUATE EMPLOYABILITY BOOTCAMP**

We started the day with prayer, gratitude, and a reminder of how far we have come in just one week.

Today was all about putting learning into practice.

No more theory. No more notes.

It was **Mock Interview Day**.

Participants stepped into the interview room and experienced what a real job interview feels like. We focused on:

✅ Professional introductions and first impressions
✅ Body language and confidence
✅ Communication and presentation skills
✅ Answering common interview questions effectively
✅ Selling your strengths and achievements
✅ Presenting a professional CV
✅ Asking thoughtful questions to potential employers
✅ Building confidence under pressure

One thing became very clear today: preparation creates confidence.

The graduates who were nervous at the start of the bootcamp are already showing remarkable growth in how they communicate, present themselves, and articulate their value.

The journey to employment is not just about having qualifications. It is about being able to confidently demonstrate your skills, experience, and potential.

We are proud of the progress these young professionals are making and excited to see how they continue to grow in the days ahead.
