✨ Make Your Friday Count: A Mission for the Soul !

There is a specific kind of magic in a sunny Friday. It’s that bridge between the week’s hustle and the weekend’s rest—a perfect moment to pause and do something that resonates deeper than the usual routine.

Today, you have the opportunity to transform that “feel-good” Friday energy into a lasting legacy with

They are currently on a mission to raise €350,000 for two life-changing projects in Tanzania that honor the wisdom and hard work of our elders.

🌍 Two Projects, One Vision

The goal is simple but profound: to provide dignity, stability, and financial inclusion for senior citizens who have spent their lives building their communities.

PROJECT
The Senior SACCO
Establish a specialised Savings and Credit Co-operative. Provides elderly street traders and senior citizens with accessible credit and financial services tailored to their needs.

PROJECT
The Community Hub
Secure a permanent base in Moshi, Kilimanjaro. Moves the hub from a rented space to a permanent home, ensuring a consistent sanctuary for connection and support.

💰 How You Can Participate

Whether you want to give a one-time gift or build a financial partnership, there are two ways to fuel this vision:

Donate: Every contribution helps reach that €350,000 milestone to secure the Community Hub and meet Central Bank requirements for the SACCO.

Invest: For the SACCO project, you don’t just have to be a donor—you can become an investor. By putting your capital to work for a social cause, you can empower senior entrepreneurs while earning dividends on your investment.

Waah! It sounds like a truly inspiring interview conducted by AlineMenjadeu of with Chaiperson of OldenIsGoldenAfrica (OIGA)
as a guest.

Full interview at this link https://youtu.be/Tp4um_vA_cA?si=xfqu-WaWiuz9JDQ9

Suzanna O’Coineen is a powerhouse, and her background reads like a masterclass in living life to the fullest.

From her roots on a New York dairy farm to her career as a Chartered Engineer in the nuclear power industry and her adventures sailing the Caribbean, she brings a very grounded, “can-do” energy to her work.

It’s wonderful to see her applying that lifetime of wisdom to OldenIsGoldenAfrica (OIGA) focusing on the dignity and care of the elderly.

Suzanna’s life-long ambition has been to finally achieve her goal of learning unconditional love... and to leave this world in a better condition than when she found it.”
It’s great that GSTV is giving a platform to these kinds of deep-dive conversations. It’s not often we get to hear the “entirety” of a leader’s wisdom like that.

INVEST IN OLDEN IS GOLDEN AFRICA SACCO from just €1,000 !
We are excited to announce that we are establishing the Olden Is Golden Africa SACCO (Savings and Credit Co-operative Society). This initiative was specifically requested by Olden Is Golden members during our meetings in late 2025 and again in February 2026.

This member-owned, non-profit cooperative will promote a culture of saving and provide affordable, low-interest credit specifically for the elderly. These funds empower them to enhance their livelihoods through entrepreneurship, agriculture, or other sustainable business ventures.

🔥 From DONORS to INVESTORS !
We invite our donors to take a more active role in our mission by becoming investors. There are unique opportunities to join the Olden Is Golden SACCO, allowing you to earn dividends while providing the capital necessary to empower our elderly community.

Thank you 🙏🏾

🔥 Our Friday Thought !

Tariffs or no tariffs, no need to panic, here's why:

Africa is your answer, yes, Africa. With over 1.3 billion people it is becoming an increasingly important business ally. If you want high return on your investment you should consider Africa. If you want a reliable market for your services or products, whatever sector it may be, consider Africa and you won't regret it.

Africa is becoming more and more irresistible as a business ally because of its huge potential.

Africa is a serious business partner due to its vast natural resources, a growing and young population, and the potential for economic growth and regional integration through initiatives like the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA).

The influx of foreign companies
into the continent is a sign there's honey to harvest there.

While other economies are
stagnant, Africa's still has an abundance of
potentials and possibilities.

Check out real examples of the progress already made in:

-

and many other countries in the continent.

Africa's strategic importance is also rising as countries on the continent emerge as key "swing states" in the geopolitical landscape.

As we close another year, I would like to thank our Chamber clients for staying with us and trusting us with their business endeavours in Africa, Europe and globally. We've accomplished a lot this year, for example, our membership directory has grown so much and this is simply from business referrals, a testimony that we are doing something right. This year also saw us changing our trading name to East Africa Chamber of Commerce EUROPE, formerly The Tanzania Chamber of Commerce Ireland, EU.

My sincere thanks go to our wonderful teams in Ireland and Internationally and to our ever so loyal Investment consultants who have supported our clients with their projects throughout the year, successfully.

Our projects team is busier than ever and we even gained new projects from companies and governments in countries that we never expected would consider our Chamber for their investment and business needs, so thank you all.

Many thanks also go to my colleagues, friends and my wonderful family. Last but not least my heartfelt gratitude goes to my husband, I appreciate you.
