Nothing is easy.

Events…. While to many the surface of the water seems calm but most times we deal with battling storms, putting out fires, and finding back ups on back ups.

The keys 🔑 to pulling off a successful event are (in no order):

🔓empathy (we are all humans)
🔓staying calm (things change very quickly)
🔓staying positive (attitude is everything)
🔓effective communication (don’t have a breakdown)
🔓self motivation (keep going)
🔓fun (it’s serious but it’s not the end of the world so have fun)
🔓teamwork (there is no “I” in TEAM)
🔓humility (it’s never about you)
🔓mistakes (they are made, don’t dwell on them, move on and grow)

We have had the pleasure to work with some incredible people and team both in 🇹🇿 & 🇬🇧 for the Tanzania Energy Congress and it’s always a vibe 🤍

I know we are used to that 'end of year' gesture of receiving a diary, or perhaps a calendar and pen. But it really isn't about that.

It is in the small little things...these acts of being consistently empathetic, kind and caring are what will win you customers for life! Even more, you will have brand advocates!

What would you do if you knew your dreams will come true? If there was no risk of failure?

Free up your mind and think about all the infinite possibilities life gives us. Don’t limit yourself while you are dreaming. When we started writing down our dreams, we thought our dreams were too big. We thought they were impossible. But you know what? Nothing is impossible.

Dreams make us wonder, dreams open possibilities, dreams make us believe in a better future.

Don’t constrain yourself by what you think or what other people think.

Put aside all the doubts you have, and begin dreaming!

Today is World Autism Awareness Day.

Here are 5 geniuses who have/had autism and gone to do remarkable things:

Train them well enough so that when they go elsewhere and reference your organisation so that the Leadership is amazed by their capabilities and skills.

Treat them with respect, dignity, kindness and care so they don't ever want to leave.
