Best Customer Care Awards Africa (BCCAA) is the first biggest Award in Tanzania for customer experience excellence. The event will provide an opportunity to celebrate, recognize and reward businesses/service providers in Tanzania, East Africa and across the African continent. These awards aim to bring competition in the provision of business/services competition, technological development and business innovation in the African continent.
