Tanzania Research and Project Development Agency, is a Tanzania private organization seek to be an agency of research and project development to both government and private institutions. TRPDA has organized experience and qualified team to perform all activities related to researc

h, project and instruction. What we do:

TRPDA, conducting research related to; academic, health, agriculture (horticultural farming and poultry farming) and social services research (health, water, power supply, settlement and transport services). TRPDA, seek to assist people/group of people on how to undertake research from preparation of research proposal, data collection, data analysis and research writing. TRPDA, seek to identify development project depends with the geographical location and cultural affiliation. TRPDA, seek to enhance capacity building to community/ group of people/ single person in implementing the identified projects. This includes financial support and strategic planning on implementing proposed project. PRPDA, seek to empower marginalized and wounded group such as; women, children, disabled and beggars. TRPDA is an agency market for the products from its supporting projects. TRPDA, seek to be employment producer to youth through its supporting projects. Why TRPDA:

TRPDA has found that, there are number of issues failed to be researched by both public and private institutions due to inadequate personnel and lack of experience team to undertake those research. TRPDA is an agent to those organizations who seeks qualified and experienced team to undertake their research. TRPDA has found that, there are number of academic staff failed to undertake their academic research due to limited time. TRPDA is an agent to undertake their academic research (data collection and analysis) on time. TRPDA has found that, some organization’s projects fail because of lacking enough research to initiate the project. TRPDA is a solution to ensure enough research before the commencement of the project. TRPDA has found that, some community project failed due to financial problem and lack of strategic planning. TRPDA is a solution to ensure capacity building and finding a proper way of financial support. TRPDA has found that, there is lack of sustainable market of products from implemented projects. TRPDA seek to ensure sustainable markets for implemented projects.

*Mbwa aliambiwa*: Utalinda nyumba za watu, utakuwa rafiki bora wa mwanadamu, utakula makombo atakayokuachia, na utapewa umri wa miaka 30.
*Mbwa akasema*: Miaka 30 ni mingi, nataka miaka 15 tu. Akapewa.
*Kima aliambiwa*: Utarukaruka kutoka tawi hili kwenda lingine. Utakuwa na kazi ya kuwahadaa na kuwachekesha watu. Utaishi miaka 20.
*Kima akasema*: Miaka 20 ni mingi nataka miaka 10 tu. Akapewa.
*Punda aliambiwa*: Utafanya kazi kuanzia mawio mpaka machweo na kubeba mizigo mizito mgongoni mwako. Utakula shayri, hutokuwa na akili, na utapewa umri wa miaka 50.
*Punda akasema*: Nimekubali kuwa punda, lakini miaka 50 ni mingi sana, nataka miaka 20 tu. Akapewa.
*Mwanadamu aliambiwa*: Wewe utakuwa kiumbe mwenye akili zaidi duniani, utaitumia akili yako kuwaongoza viumbe wengine, utaishi maisha mazuri ili kuiendeleza dunia, na utapewa umri wa miaka 20.
*Mwanadamu akasema*: Niwe mtu wa kuishi miaka ishirini tu? Hiyo ni michache mno. Nataka ile miaka 30 aliyoikataa punda, ile 15 aliyoikataa mbwa, ile 10 aliyoikataa kima. Akapewa.
Tangu wakati huo mwanadamu huishi miaka 20 k**a mtu, kisha huoa. Baada ya hapo anaishi miaka 30 k**a punda, akifanya kazi kuanzia mawio mpaka machweo na kubeba mizigo mizito mgongoni mwake. Watoto wake wanapokuwa wakubwa anaishi miaka 15 k**a mbwa akilinda nyumba, kufunga milango na kuzima umeme na kula chakula kidogo au makombo anayoachiwa na watoto wake. Anapozeeka na kustaafu anaishi miaka 10 k**a kima. Anahama kutoka nyumba hii kwenda nyingine, na kutoka kwa mtoto mmoja kwenda kwa mwingine. Anatengeneza uongo na visa ili kuwachekesha wajukuu zake.
