DarProperty East Africa`s Property Guide The idea was shared amongst different real estate stakeholders, resources were gathered so as to materialize the idea.

The idea of Darproperty was first intiated through observing the current property market inTanzania whereby it was frustrating trying to buy and rent a property for people living in the countryand people abroad. Its formation involved extensive market research, finally the first Prototype was done. In the mid 2010 Darproperty turned to be a commercial entity and its popularity and reliabilty grew rapidly.
