EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
IHLD is an Institution of local non – government organization which dedicated to provide quality of social services in order to improve people’s life to the entire society. It was established May, 2013 after seeing a significant number of social problems to the community, that’s are; lack of knowledge and skills to the house maids when it comes to the issue of managing disaster
while at home, first aid management, life skills, and awareness, package on gender based violence, and violence against children, housekeeping. Institution also aims to provide health education, family budget preparation, how to prepare will to the family level, writing work plan, goals setting training, environmental sanitation and conservation, good governance, conflict resolution and peace building, entrepreneurship, agriculture and livestock keeping, marketing strategies to the community. IHLD as a change agent institute intend to empower the marginalized and vulnerable community to social, cultural, political and economical aspects, moreover program aims to link community to utilize available resources for the betterment of the entire life. Through collaboration with local government and other stakeholders, program will accomplish tasks by having the multi disciplinary team with capacity and ability to perform the intended goals. Events like bonanza, sports, games, festivals, theater performance groups, meetings, seminars, workshops and training's will be part of the strategies to meet beneficiaries. Generally institute believes in working with local government with other stakeholders it will in position to reduce or eliminate poverty to the community.
