Our main focus is on provision of socio-economic development services with emphasis on development projects, SMEs and business management. We carry-out capacity development including tailor-made training programs. We also work on specialized technical areas of interest such as Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S ) and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA). Other service
s are to:
Conduct monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of projects, carry-out baseline/feasibility studies/surveys and assessments, mid-term /final evaluation, facilitation for market access, private sector linkages and conduct agricultural value chain development. Other services include business and strategic plan development, development of climate change adaptation and mitigation strategies/coping mechanisms and setting-up, development and management of micro, small and medium enterprises, just to mention a few. Work on socio-economic development sectors with focus on agriculture, energy, production, processing and manufacturing; health, education, natural resources and environment protection while sub-sectors include food security, nutrition, malaria, agro-processing and agri-business. Cross-cutting themes include ICT, HIV/AIDS, climate change adaptation and mitigation and gender mainstreaming. Conduct trade and supply goods, products and services including ICT and telecommunication equipment, renewable energy products, energy servers, solar panels, lighting equipment, industrial safety gears and equipment and manufacturing and installation of safety signs at work place.
