Every one wants to succeed but few are willing to put themselves in the work required.

Stop limiting yourself, you can make your DREAM reality But

it will only take one person to BELIEVE that its possible

it will only take one person to put in the work.

There's plenty of humans before you who have accomplished big things who are living their DREAM LIFE, They have done it That's a PROOF that you can too, its a proof that you can live your dream if you real want it.

NAMNA YA KUBADILI TABIA ZAKO KUELEKEA MAFANIKIO!!

K**a una njiti ya kiberiti na ukaipitisha pole pole(gently) kwenye kibox cha kiberiti njiti inaweza isiwake, ukitaka njiti iwake inabidi utumie nguvu kidogo kupitisha hiyo njiti kwenye ganda la kiberiti.

Hiyo nguvu utakayoitumia ili njiti ya kiberiti iwake inaitwa "Activation Energy"

Activation Energy- The minimum Energy for a chemical reaction to take place.

Kubadili tabia nako kunahitaji Activation Energy, ukijalibu kubadili tabia below the minimum Energy lazima utakutana na ugumu na kurudi kwenye tabia yako ya zamani.

Kwenye kubadili tabia unahitaji "The minimum Energy to start new habit" kuna kiwango fulani cha "Effort" utahitaji kukiweka mwanzoni, kuna kiwango cha bidii mwanzoni utahitaji kuwa nacho ili uweze ku take off kutoka tabia moja kwenda nyingine.

LISTEN 👂🏾 HEAR ME VERY WELL.

People will leave your life, that is something you cannot prevent. No matter how good you are to them, no matter how best you treat them. Some will still walk away. Because locomotion (movement) is one of the Characteristics of living organisms. If people don’t move it means they are dead.

See, you may love people too much, and protect them as an apple of your eye, but still they will die on you and go. It is something even them cannot withstand. So be comforted and confident, when it happens someone leaves your life, it is time to stop blaming yourself. Get off the habit of tormenting yourself with hurting thoughts because somebody walked away from you. Just let them go.

They have the right to decide whom to be attached with and whom to detach from. Let them be. Hold on to who stays and learn to forget those who go by accepting the fact that movement is an important part of life. Love yourself, work on yourself, build yourself and continue treating people well. Do not allow the pain of those who walked away from you, to make you hurt whoever comes near you.

YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THAT.
