πŸ—Ί Thinking of traveling to Zanzibar? Here's what you need to know. πŸ“Œ
1. VISA: US Passport holders are required to apply for a Multiple-Entry Visa to Tanzania. The cost is $100, and you can complete the process online or on arrival. (Completing the process online saves you a TON of time at the airport) https://eservices.immigration.go.tz/visa/
2. COVID TEST: Tanzania requires a Negative PCR test within 96 hours of travel (regardless of vaccination status). Passengers may also be subject to a rapid test upon arrival ($25 USD), depending on country of departure. My fight came through Switzerland, and we were not required to take the rapid test.
3. PASSENGER SURVEILLANCE FORM: Tanzania, like many countries, requires you to complete an online form prior to arrival that lists your flight number, seat number, and information about where you will stay while in the country. https://afyamsafiri.moh.go.tz/ #/home
4. MONEY: The official currency is the Tanzanian Shilling, but most places also accept USD and Euros. ATMs are few and far between. I would recommend bringing an amount of cash that you're comfortable with and then changing money once you get there.
Karibu sana! 😁

2014 was the year in decided to switch up how I was traveling. I decided to take my first solo trip to San Juan Puerto Rico. I was so nervous, I only stayed for two days lol I But this change birthed a tradition of solo traveling on my birthday. Eventually leading me to travel to several countries solo.

Solo travel life has afforded me so much opportunity to grow & to really enjoy my own company. I'm so happy I took that first leap!

Are you gonna take the leap this year? What other changes will you be making to the way you travel?

One of the best things about solo travel is how much you learn-about the world, about different cultures, and most importantly, about yourself. All this new knowledge creates the foundation for growth. Which we definitely love to see 🌱

What did you learn about yourself in 2021? How can you apply it in 2022?

2021 Recap: Drone Edition

I spent 2021 taking my drone everyone I went, practicing, making mistakes, being nervous, being confident, and I wouldn't change a thing.

Getting my commercial drone license (yes a lot of studying) was the best thing I could have done for myself. It gives me so much opportunities for the future and allowed me to launching .

I'm so excited to share everywhere with you all from an aerial view, as a solo traveler, a drone pilot, and hopefully some of you will be my clients in 2022. Cheers to limitless opportunities in 2022 and beyond.
