The essence of the concept of energy service is that energy efficiency measures in the buildings of budgetary institutions (schools, kindergartens, hospitals, universities, etc.) are implemented by private investors - energy service companies (ESCOs), and payment is made solely by savings (reduction of utility costs and energy), achieved as a result of energy efficiency measures.
