But lots of activity doesn’t necessarily mean productivity.

You need to learn how you work best and you need to learn how to prioritise different tasks and if possible, delegate ones you don’t need to be doing yourself.

One of my mentors, Marshall Thurber, would say: “There are reasons and there are results, the only thing that matters is the results.” Reasons are full of emotional biasses and are often wrong. Rather than guiding your business on the backend of assumptions, build it on data.
