I think it's not worth talking about the need to draw up a plan, this is understandable. However, you need to focus on the fact that your to-do list should be subdivided into at least two categories: matters of particular importance and urgency and secondary matters that do not play a big role. So, always start your list with high priority tasks. It doesn't matter how voluminous and unpleasant they are - your progress depends on their implementation, which means that it is on them that you spend most of your time. Don't waste your energy on things that can wait.

Block sites that do not bring any benefit in the matter of personal self-development, but only hold your attention, preventing you from concentrating on work. You will be surprised how much the time reserve will increase.
