Cheesecakes with chocolate inside.
Ingredients
Cottage cheese - 1 pack (200 g)
Salt - a pinch
Semolina - 2 tbsp. l without slide
Egg - 1 pc.
Chocolate - 60 g
Flour - 30 g
Vegetable oil (for frying) - 30 g
Cooking
You can use any cottage cheese. If it is too thin, add more semolina.
Salt, add the egg and semolina, mix everything with a spoon.
Sprinkle hand with flour, take a little curd.
In the middle, put 1-2 pieces of chocolate, shape the cheesecake, roll in flour and fry in vegetable oil, until golden brown on both sides.
Cheesecakes with chocolate inside serve hot or cold with sour cream, cream, jams.
