Трапляється, що замовник будує будинок, і це відбувається не швидко. Війна і епідемія корони накладають свій відбиток, і в якийсь момент власник будинку розуміє, що хотів би інший стилістично дім. Ми мали двох замовників, які починали будувати класичні будинки з балясинами, але смаки і потреби змінились, і вони прийшли до нас із потребою осучаснити фасади, зробити їх мінімалістичнішими, відповідними сучасному естетичному сприйняттю замовників. Дивіться в каруселі перших 2 будинки-це ті рішення, до яких ми прийшли. Поділіться з нами своєю історією, якщо мали аналогічний досвід, нам дуже цікаво.
А третя споруда в каруселі має зовсім іншу історію. В історичному центрі міста Фармвілл (штат Вірджинія, США) є затишна споруда з рестораном. До неї примикає інша споруда, яку наші замовники викупили, щоб зробити там офісний центр. Нашою задачею було надати споруді офісного вигляду, в стилістиці архітектурного середовища, яке оточує споруду. Про цей проект ми розкажемо більше найближчим часом. There are times when the construction process somewhat stretches in time. The war and the coronavirus pandemic do leave their footprint, and at some point the customer finds himself wishing for a different style of the house. We have two cases in our portfolio where both clients started building classical houses with baluster railings, but with time their tastes and needs changed, and so they hired us with the request to modernize the facades and make them more minimalistic, in line with their current aesthetic perception. The third building in the carousel has a completely different story though. In the historic center of Farmville (Virginia, USA) you may see a cozy building with a restaurant . Our clients bought an adjacent building to turn into an office center. Our task was to give the building business appearance while adhering to the architectural style of the surrounding environment. We plan to share more details of this project with you very soon.
