Applications have opened for this year's European Pitch Club at the Property Portal Watch Conference in Lisbon on Thursday 5th October. Previous Pitch Club participant, Homsters CEO, Andrew Olejnik, said his involvement in the 2016 Madrid Pitch Club helped to re-define his business idea and allow him to focus on what was important.

In June the number of applications for the purchase of housing in new buildings on Homsters.kz has grown by 20.6pct for the month and immediately by 47pct for the year. The upward trend bespeaks the recovery of the market owing to the development of public housing programs: preferential mortgage loans at 10% interest rate within "Nurly Zher" program, purchase of housing within the programs of Housing Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan and the Kazakhstan Mortgage Company.
