Михайло Приходько (Mykhailo Prykhodko), партнер EY Parthenon Україна, виступив модератором сесії з публічно-приватного партнерства (ППП) під час Бізнес саміту Україна–ЄС, що відбувся у Брюсселі 22–23 квітня 2026 року.

Сесія об’єднала представників публічного сектору, бізнесу та фінансових інституцій для обговорення практичних механізмів залучення інвестицій, розвитку та просування ППП в Україні. У фокусі обговорення були такі важливі питання – чому ППП може бути важливим інструментов для відновлення інфраструктури, що необхідно для масштабування проєктів ППП в Україні, а також які проєкти та у яких секторах ми можемо очікувати у найближчому майбутньому.
Бізнес саміт Україна–ЄС став майданчиком для двох днів змістовних панельних дискусій, галузевих презентацій, B2B зустрічей та інтерактивних воркшопів за участю політиків, бізнесу та інвесторів з ЄС і України. Захід також відіграв роль офіційної підготовчої події до Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026 у бізнес вимірі, зосереджуючись на питаннях відновлення економіки, зміцнення оборонних та стратегічних галузей, розвитку енергетики, підтримки МСП і транскордонної логістики.
EY в Україні продовжує працювати з проєктами пов’язаними з імплементацією політик та ініціатив ЄС, включаючи співпрацю з DG ENEST.

Mykhailo Prykhodko, Partner at EY-Parthenon Ukraine, moderated a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) session at the EU–Ukraine Business Summit held in Brussels on 22–23 April 2026.

The session brought together representatives from the public sector, business, and financial institutions to discuss practical mechanisms for attracting investment, as well as advancing and scaling PPPs in Ukraine. Key topics included why PPPs can serve as an important tool for infrastructure recovery, what is required to scale PPP projects in Ukraine, and which projects and sectors are likely to see development in the near future.
The EU–Ukraine Business Summit served as a platform for two days of substantive panel discussions, industry presentations, B2B meetings, and interactive workshops involving policymakers, businesses, and investors from both the EU and Ukraine. The event also functioned as an official preparatory milestone for the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026 from a business perspective, focusing on economic recovery, strengthening defense and strategic industries, energy sector development, SME support, and cross-border logistics.
