💻 5 жовтня на конференції «Код економіки» говорили про те, як цифрові технології змінюють продуктивність, стійкість і конкурентність української економіки.

Понад 300 учасників, серед яких представники держави, технологічного сектору, промисловості, агро, ритейлу, фінансового сектору та міжнародних партнерів, зібралися, щоб обговорити, як технології вже сьогодні допомагають бізнесу працювати ефективніше та адаптуватися до нових викликів. SharksCode долучилися до конференції як партнери заходу 🤝

🎤 Від нашої команди виступила Світлана Оніщенко, Chief Human Resources Officer у SharksCode, з темою «Роль людського капіталу в час AI-параної». Говорили про те, як AI змінює підходи до роботи, які нові виклики створює для людей і бізнесу та чому людський капітал залишається важливою складовою технологічної трансформації.

💻 On October 5, the “Code of Economy” conference brought together industry leaders to discuss how digital technologies are transforming the productivity, resilience, and competitiveness of the Ukrainian economy.

More than 300 participants, including representatives of the government, technology sector, industry, agriculture, retail, finance, and international partners, came together to discuss how technology is already helping businesses operate more efficiently and adapt to new challenges.
SharksCode joined the conference as a partner 🤝

🎤 Our Chief Human Resources Officer, Svitlana Onishchenko, took the stage with a talk titled “The Role of Human Capital in the Age of AI Paranoia.”
The discussion focused on how AI is changing the way we work, the new challenges it creates for people and businesses, and why human capital remains a key part of technological transformation.

💡 Thank you to IT Ukraine Association for organizing the conference and for creating a space for an important conversation about technology, people, and the future of the Ukrainian economy.

IT ARENA 2026 💻
Ukraine’s largest technology event, and of course, we couldn’t miss it! Three days of technology, thousands of people, hundreds of ideas, new connections, and the latest industry trends. This year, the SharksCode team joined the charity raffle in support of the Ukrainian Defense Forces and their need for Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGVs).

More than 70 CEOs, company founders, and representatives of public institutions gathered in Kyiv to openly discuss the challenges facing Ukrainian businesses, exchange experience, and build new professional connections.
These meetings are about more than just business. They are about people who continue to grow their companies in Ukraine, support one another, and work together to find new opportunities for development.

SharksCode став партнером DOU Day, DOU Day Picnic Picnic — благодійного заходу, який об’єднав українську IT-спільноту.
Разом з іншими учасниками ми долучилися до великого збору на Хартію та провели благодійну лотерею. У результаті нам вдалося зібрати 90 000 грн у допоміжну банку на підтримку нашої армії 💙

А ще ми мали можливість поспілкуватися з учасниками події, познайомитися ближче та розповісти більше про SharksCode.
Раді бути частиною таких подій, об’єднуватися заради важливих справ і підтримувати тих, хто захищає Україну.

SharksCode became a partner of DOU Day Picnic, a charity event that brought together the Ukrainian IT community.
Together with other participants, we joined the fundraiser for Khartia and organized a charity raffle. Thanks to everyone who joined, we managed to raise UAH 90,000 for a fundraising pot supporting the Ukrainian Armed Forces 💙

We also had a great opportunity to connect with the event participants, meet new people, and share more about SharksCode.
We’re happy to be part of events like this — coming together for important causes and supporting those who defend Ukraine.
