Innovation Brand Manager (Upcoming Launch)

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Profile:
- Medical Degree (MD) – mandatory

This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who combines strong people management skills, deep Rx market expertise, and the ability to drive excellence across a highly competitive regional landscape.
Key Competencies & Experience:
- Strong alignment with the company’s Ethical Standards, Leadership Commitments, and Performance Framework
- Minimum 3 years of success as a Regional / Territory Manager (Rx)
- Demonstrated expertise in coaching, developing, and inspiring Medical Representatives
- Deep understanding of the Ukrainian pharmaceutical market, including work with KOLs, key clinics, and regional decision-makers
