Innovation Brand Manager (Upcoming Launch)
We are supporting a Global Pharmaceutical Company in the search for an Innovation Brand Manager to join a high-priority strategic role.
This position plays a key role in shaping the end-to-end launch strategy of an innovative asset planned for market entry in 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead pre-launch and launch strategy excellence
- Develop and execute full-cycle marketing initiatives
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure market readiness
- Transform scientific insights into strong market positioning
Candidate Profile:
- Medical Degree (MD) – mandatory
- 3+ years in the pharmaceutical industry
- 1+ year of Brand Management experience in multinational or European pharma companies
- Proven experience in product promotion and lifecycle management
- English B2+ (business communication & scientific analysis)
- Proactive, strategic, execution-focused mindset
