Logistics Day 2026 was a great opportunity for UISLab to meet the Ukrainian logistics community in person.

During the event, our team had a lot of valuable conversations with logistics, supply chain, retail, and business representatives — about warehouse automation, sorting solutions, transport operations, and the challenges companies are solving today.

As part of the conference program, our Business Development Manager, Kostiantyn Bizhyk, also presented the UIS WMS implementation case for Viatec, showing how warehouse automation helped reduce packing control time by 67%, increase productivity by 3–4x, and manage 14 warehouses in one system.

We were glad to present UIS solutions, exchange practical insights, and discuss new opportunities for future cooperation.

Together with Ukrposhta, UISLab is proud to present a new project created to make parcel pickup faster, easier, and more convenient.

Укрпошта parcel lockers are now available in 120 branches across Kyiv and the Kyiv region — allowing customers to pick up parcels without queues and without additional fees.

Over the next 1.5 months, the project is planned to expand to branches in major cities across Ukraine.

The solution is designed for high-traffic Ukrposhta branches and works within branch operations, supporting self-service pickup, reducing manual workload, and improving the customer experience.

The Ukrposhta parcel lockers project is about practical automation built around real customer needs.

We are proud to continue working with Ukrposhta on technologies that make everyday postal services more accessible, efficient, and reliable for people across Ukraine.

Ukrposhta presented a major automation project for its sorting centers — a transformation that UISLab is proud to be part of.

Our team helped implement solutions that automate the sorting of parcels, letters, newspapers, medicines and other flows that previously required significant manual work.

With automation, Ukrposhta can process major operational volumes: over 3 million parcels per day, more than 16 million letters per month, over 14 million newspapers per month, and more than 8,000 pharmacy orders per day.

Last month, Ukrposhta reached 97.8% on-time parcel delivery and automation helps make this level of speed and reliability a stable part of daily operations.

For UIS, this project is especially meaningful. We are proud to contribute to the modernization of a national postal operator and help make services used by millions of people across Ukraine every day faster, more stable, and more reliable.

Technology matters most when it improves real processes at national scale.
