Yesterday, on 4th March, we had a very friendly meeting with our regular partner, Mafy. Our teams exchanged views of Ukrainian reality🇺🇦

💬It is very important for us to have a mutual understanding of the cultural aspect, so we also shared more about our culture and dispelled the stereotypes about Ukrainian specialists in the market.

We were particularly pleased to talk about digital products that our country was the first in the world to launch. These are the state in a smartphone - the Diia app, Monobank, a bank without a physical office, and Nova Poshta's digital logistics🤘🏻

Before the winter holiday, the UnameIT team joined the Lviv ІТ Cluster. This large community of IT companies develops the technology industry in the region and the country together with representatives of government and education. And we are happy to be a part of it.

👉Sofia brought back from Finland not only hot insights, but also confirmation that the values in our work are right. Now we're going to share 3 tips about selling: Ukraine vs. Scandinavian countries.

1️⃣ Scandinavians do not like direct sales. That's why we build trust first and only then do business together.

2️⃣ We don't spare time for networking.
Networking is a great way to build trust, and only then can you start selling. Yes, this process takes a lot of time, but we are always ready for it.

3️⃣ Be flexible in your offer.
Due to different legislation, approaches, and ways of business management, it may not be possible to reach an agreement in a short time. Leadership in the Scandinavian countries is democratic, where a person has the opportunity to find a solution and take initiative and responsibility, while in Ukraine it is more directive. That's why we always say yes to dialogue because matching with a client is important.

The trip is over, but the impressions of the meetings, people, and cool events still emotionally support us🤩

Strong partnerships and a friendly meeting - all this is about our cooperation with MAFY-valmennus 🙌🏻

We were happy to visit our customers in Finland and talk to them off-screen. Our cooperation with Mafy has been going on for over a year now and will continue for that long. Clients like Mafy are an excellent example to follow because it was important for them to have a partnership with Ukraine. They want to support us in such way.

What did our cooperation consist of? Mafy is a learning platform that prepares graduates for entry to universities. We found two full-stack developers for them. An interesting fact is one of the vacancies was closed with the first candidate.

Therefore, we are delighted about such a successful and long-term cooperation 🤝

Yesterday, our Sofiya Papirnyk attended The Bridge of Trust event dedicated to the reconstruction of Ukraine 🇺🇦

We all have to live in two parallels now. Everyone must support business and economic development and, at the same time, care about the army and civilians.

We are pleasantly surprised by Finland's support🤝🏻, especially what Jussi Muurikainen and his team are doing. They have assisted Ukraine from the first days of the full-scale invasion and now run large-scale projects. Our Finnish friends don't forget about the events in our country for a single day and remind everyone about this in every speech.

🚀We are sincerely grateful to have been involved in this event and have had the opportunity to hear about so many achievements!
