These P300 units with black polyurethane panels were built for our friend The ICE QUEEN Ice Co from Washington for the second time!

And she made it smarter because this concept proves it works : all block makers ship without compressors. They’ll run as one system on an external compressor — less heat in production, better efficiency, lower electricity bills. Compressor-free versions are always available.

P300: proven where it counts - in daily production ❄️
Some machines look good on paper. The P300 proves itself with clients who run it day in, day out, and especially the latest model with so many upgrades, some of them :

The evaporator under the tanks has been increased almost 2 times.

All machines are fully sealed, and water leaks flow out only through the drain pipes at the bottom.

Protective pressure switch that protects the compressor from overheating.

Automation that protects against short circuits, voltage drops or compressor overheating.

Double seal for better cold retention inside the block maker.

Stainless steel protective grilles against impact or damage all around.

More reliable sockets for 8 pumps are built into the unit, no additional cables and holes in the block maker are required.

The P300 has hydraulic lifters for smooth lifting and lowering of the lid.

The latest model of electronic temperature controller with display from Danfoss was installed.

All sharp corners are protected with plastic caps.
