a bird’s eye view has the new city to show you. Cherkasy is another beautiful city on the Dnieper River with an extremely rich history. People inhabited these lands since prehistoric times. The settlement decayed several times, but it was built up again and again.

Today Cherkasy is one of the biggest Ukrainian cities with eclectic strews of sights.

The Wedding Palace or the House of Scherbyna is one of the most luxurious 10-century mansions preserved undestroyed until now. The owner was a rich landowner who made a fortune building the South-Western railroad.

One can see another fabulous palace, today is a hotel, sets a fairy-tale mood even when the days are grey – it’s not only its blue color but also the form of its towers, arches, balconies, and spires.

From bird’s eye view see also the Bridge of Love – it’s over 50 years old, the tree of love, unique lakes in the Park Sosnoby Bir, a Buddhist White Lotus Temple, and the biggest d**e in Ukraine – 11 thousand cars use it daily to drive 13 kilometers from the right bank of the Dnieper to the left.
