On November 26, 2021, the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine dated 17.11.2021 No. 602 came into force on the introduction of a change in paragraph 4 of the Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine dated June 4, 2021 No. 322, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 23.11.2021 for No. 1526/37148 According to which the term of entry into force of the Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine dated 04.06.2021 No. 322 (further - the order of the Ministry of Finance No. 322) was postponed from November 27, 2021 on May 1, 2022.

Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 322 approved, in particular, the procedure for creating a personal account of the subject of primary financial monitoring and access to the E-Cabinet of the financial monitoring system and the procedure for the information interaction of the actors of primary financial monitoring and the state financial monitoring service of Ukraine, including new formats and information exchange categories .

Based on the introduction of the information and telecommunications system "Electronic Cabinet of Financial Monitoring System" for the information exchange and submission to the subjects of primary financial monitoring of information in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Finance No. 322 will be implemented simultaneously with the entry into force of this order.

Before the entry into force of the Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 322, access to the personal account of the subjects of primary financial monitoring will be provided in test mode, which will be informed additionally.

At the same time, it is reported that before the entry into force of the regulatory framework for ensuring the work of the E-Cabinet of the financial monitoring system and the provision of access to personal accounts, the subjects are obliged to provide information in electronic or paper formation in accordance with the requirements of the current regulatory -Questions, in particular, instructions regarding the filling of the forms of accounting and submission of information related to the implementation of financial monitoring approved by the Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine dated January 29, 2016 No. 24 and the procedure for electronic interaction of the subjects of primary financial monitoring and the State Financial Monitoring Service of Ukraine, approved by order Ministry of Finance of Ukraine dated November 24, 2015 No. 1085.
