✨ Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

The end of the year is a time to pause, reflect, and draw the right conclusions.
2025 was not an easy year and brought important lessons that gave us a deeper understanding of processes, responsibility, and the true value of trust in partnerships.

These lessons give us greater confidence as we move forward - with clearer vision and readiness for meaningful results in the year ahead. New opportunities, new agreements, and shared steps are ahead - all focused on practical and measurable outcomes 🔍

May 2026 become a year of stable decisions, balanced partnerships, and successful cases.
We wish that every project finds the right people, every collaboration is built on transparency, and every agreement moves from words to action 🤝

📌 Documents Always Required by Employers in Europe

📑 In fact, the list of mandatory documents for official employment in the EU is almost always the same - the difference lies only in the details and the format of submission.

Here’s what you must prepare:

🔹 Passport
The main document without which it is impossible to confirm identity or apply for a visa. It is important that it remains valid throughout the entire employment period and has enough blank pages.

🔹 Work Visa or Work Permit
Each country has its own rules: in some cases, a Type D visa is required, in others a short-term Type C, and in some countries directly a worker’s card. This is the key document for legal employment. (In our previous post we explained the differences between visa types).

🔹 Medical Certificate
Depending on the country, a health certificate or confirmation of no infectious diseases may be required. For example, in Czechia and Poland it is mandatory for certain jobs.

🔹 Education or Qualification Documents
These may include diplomas, certificates, or proof of work experience. They are not always requested, but in some cases, obtaining a permit is impossible without them.

🔹 Insurance Policy
In most EU countries, employers are obliged to check whether the employee has valid health insurance for the entire stay. However, some employers also provide insurance for their workers directly.

➡️ Without these documents, it is impossible to start official employment in Europe. And most importantly — each country has its own specifics: what needs to be translated, notarized, or apostilled.

👉 At PVI, we guide and consult on the exact package of documents required for your clients. 👉 We currently have available opportunities in Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Serbia, Montenegro, Estonia, Portugal, and Germany.

📌 Types of Work Visas: Explained in Simple Terms

❓ What are the differences between work visas, and which one should your clients choose?
Many people get confused with the terminology, and a mistake at this stage can cost time, money, and even the chance for employment.

Let’s break it down step by step:

🔹 National Visa (Type D)
This visa is for long-term stays (over 90 days). It is required for those planning to work in Europe officially and stably.
👉 By the way, we at PVI arrange this type of visa for work in Serbia and Slovakia.

🔹 Schengen Work Visa (Type C)
A short-term visa that allows you to work for up to 90 days. A great option for a probationary period or a short project.
👉 In Czechia, we help clients obtain this Type C visa, and after arrival, we assist with obtaining a worker’s card.

🔹 Seasonal Visa (Type D)
Designed for temporary and seasonal jobs - in agriculture, tourism, or the hospitality industry.
👉 In Czechia, we also arrange Seasonal Type D visas, which allow you to work legally during the season.

➡️ Choosing the right visa type always depends on the country and the purpose of employment. And this is where experience really matters.

👉 At PVI, we know all the nuances of visa procedures and support our clients from start to finish. Contact us - and we’ll recommend the most suitable option for your case.

🌍 Overwhelmed by chaos? We bring clarity.

Navigating the international employment market often feels like stepping into a maze: shifting laws, regional quotas, endless bureaucracy, and constant changes. For recruiters and agencies, it can quickly turn into exhausting confusion.

🇵🇱 Take Poland, for example. The powiat (county) system determines whether foreign workers can be hired for specific professions. In one county, driver positions may be open - while in another, they’re already closed. And these rules change regularly.

Similar complexity exists across Europe: in some countries, restrictions depend on the region; in others - on national quotas.

💼 Here are the positions currently available in Poland with PVI support:

• MAG 135/136 Welder (Gdynia)
• TIG 141 / MIG 131 Welder (Aluminum) (Gdańsk)
• Pipe Fitter (Gdynia)
• Steel Construction Fitter (Gdańsk)
• Shipyard Fitter (Gdańsk)
• Container Assembly Specialist (Gdańsk)
• International Transport Driver C+E (Wałki, 50 km from Warsaw)

🔑 As our partner, you receive:
• Clear explanations of even the most complex regulations
• Support with documentation in regions where we currently have active opportunities

Important: Opportunities may change depending on demand and regional conditions.
We don’t work exclusively with Poland - openings also appear in other countries.
📩 To learn more about any of the positions, feel free to message us directly.

🔴 Attention, Partners!
As you all know, we have faced a crisis situation that, unfortunately, has affected our reputation. Sadly, we now see that dishonest companies are trying to misuse the name PVI in their fraudulent schemes.

We kindly ask you to stay vigilant and pay close attention to details. Based on the examples we have come across, here are several clear signs of forgery:
1️⃣ Seal – this is not the official seal of our company. It belongs to a translation bureau and was used only once during the registration of our documents for apostille purposes.
2️⃣ Email address – the company has only one official email: [email protected] Any other addresses are not ours.
3️⃣ Logo – the outdated version is being used, which we have not applied since May/June.
4️⃣ Letterhead – it does not match our official style at all. We have never used such a template.

❗️We also officially state that after it became clear that the documents for Norway had been forged by the company GV, we have not sent out these offers anymore. Therefore, any offers for Norway on behalf of our company are an automatic sign of fraud.

👉 If you, our valued partners, receive any documents with our seals or signatures, please make sure to contact us directly for verification.
We are always open to checks and dialogue.
Stay safe!
Sincerely, PVI.

🪔 Warm wishes on Ganesh Chaturthi from PVI 🌺

To all our partners and colleagues who celebrate, we extend our heartfelt greetings on this special day dedicated to Lord Ganesha — the symbol of wisdom, renewal, and overcoming obstacles.

May this occasion bring clarity to your path, strength to your decisions, and joy to your journey.
We honor the traditions that inspire progress, and we’re grateful to walk alongside those who carry them forward.

Sometimes, it’s not our mistakes that ruin reputation, but someone else’s decisions. Yet in such moments true resilience is born.

Today, we face a difficult situation. One of our partners - Global Ventures - through fraudulent actions, caused financial issues for us and, consequently, for our partners. We became victims of deception that harmed not only finances but also reputation. Still, history knows many companies that overcame similar trials - and so will we.

🍏 In the 1990s, Apple lost trust not due to its own mistakes but because of chaos from external partners and management. Products declined, strategy blurred, and the brand was fading. The company was on the verge of disappearing. But Apple didn’t give up - it reshaped its team, redefined its mission, and created a new era. Today, it is a symbol of innovation and trust.

📱 In 2016, Samsung faced a global scandal. Its flagship smartphone had defects from suppliers. Media attacked the brand, reputation collapsed. But Samsung recalled millions of devices, revised safety standards, conducted open investigations - and came back stronger.

We too were betrayed. But we will not stay silent. We are like Apple in 1997, like Samsung in 2016: ready to rebuild, cleanse, and create something stronger. We are only at the beginning of this journey, but our principles give us the strength to move forward with dignity.

Today we are rethinking and reconfiguring business processes. We return funds as opportunities arise and have become more cautious in partnerships. We thank those who continue to support us. Your support is not just business - it is faith in fairness, transparency, and honest work.

We will endure. And this challenge will make us stronger.

Respectfully,
PVI

We keep working despite all challenges 🌍

PVI proves every day that stability and responsibility in the field of international employment are not just words but real actions.
Despite the crisis circumstances, we continue to search for and provide legal opportunities for work abroad, supporting both our partners and candidates in achieving their goals.

One of the current programs is:

WORK PERMIT FOR 2 YEARS + REGISTRATION (Czech Republic)
Age restrictions: 25–55 years old.

📌 Timeframes

Document issuance: 14–21 working days.

Visa issuance: 60 working days.

Registration at the consulate after documents are ready: 90 days.

📌 Documents required for submission

Passport scan;

Europass resume;

Education diploma (basic education is acceptable);

Certificate confirming qualifications (TIG/MIG/MAG);

Certificate of no criminal record (not older than 3 months, required when applying for a visa).

📌 Documents provided by the employer

ROZHODNUTІ — work permit;

PRACOVNI SMLOUVA — employment contract;

DOKLAD (POTVRZENI) O ZAJISTENI UBYTOVANI — confirmation of residence;

Potvrzení subjektu… — confirmation of the entity accepting third-country nationals for economic activity in the Czech Republic.

📌 Registration process

After receiving the candidate’s documents, the employer submits a request to the Czech labor office.

Approval takes 2 days to 2 weeks.

Once approved, the labor office contacts the consulate and sets a date.

Candidates receive a visa valid for 2 months.

Upon arrival, the employer arranges health insurance and issues the Employee Card.

📌 Important

Candidates undergo annual testing of their skills and abilities.

If their qualifications are not confirmed, the permit is canceled and the candidate is deported.

✨ Dear partners, our verification process has become more selective due to everything that has happened. And every day, we continue to search for safe and attractive opportunities for you.

Another case worth mentioning.

Dear partners, Today we talk a lot about the situation with Global Ventures, but we would also like to recall another case that happened earlier.

Some of you know that we have already faced problematic situations in the Enter Hungary, Slovakia, and Serbia directions. We began working with a partner, Relocation, for these areas; in the course of the work, it split into several companies. Later, we cooperated with O&A Corporation which, unfortunately, also resorted to fraudulent actions, deceived us, and not a single visa process was successfully completed.

The company was initially registered in Slovakia and later moved to Spain, which proved more favorable for running a dishonest business. They also tried to cover their tracks and cut off any communication with us, which directly indicates their lack of integrity.

We are not sharing this to seek sympathy. We are speaking openly to emphasize:
👉 crisis situations can happen with any company, and unfortunately, no one is fully protected from them;
👉 but not every company is ready to take responsibility for its partners, especially at its own expense.

📍PVI did this in the very first such case and continues to do it now. This already says a lot about our priorities and values.
We are not here for a day to mislead anyone. We are here to build a company you can trust in any situation — and believe us, we are moving toward that.

We are not perfect, and we do not hide mistakes. Such cases became lessons for us and pushed us to change: we introduced new levels of partner verification, strengthened legal support, and tightened financial control.

📌 We share this now so that you know:

- This is not the first challenge we have faced.
- We always go to the very end in solving problems.
- We build our reputation on actions, not words.

Sincerely,
PVI
