Get up to €60,000 in funding through Seeds of Bravery support programmes!

We remind you that on March 25 the call for proposals from tech SMEs, startups and scaleups for the following programmes is coming to an end:

▪️ Innovative Entrepreneurship: up to €25,000 to ensure business continuity and promote women-led companies.
▪️ Deep Tech Incubators: up to €25,000 for early-stage startups engaged in pre-MVP activities.
▪️ Rebuild Ukraine: up to €25,000 for tech SMEs that will rapidly reconstruct postwar Ukraine.
▪️ Deep Tech Scale-up and Acceleration: up to €50,000 for companies aimed to scale their prototypes and expand market reach.

Moreover, the second wave of applications for the Business and Innovation Services programme is open until 20 May, with grants of up to €10,000 to purchase the following services:

▪️ Business Consultancy Services: assistance in refining and evolving business model, business plan, and/or growth strategy.
▪️ IPR and patent analysis: expert services in intellectual property rights and patent strategy, helping businesses protect and leverage their innovations.
▪️ Market analysis/validation: deep dives into market trends, customer needs, and validation studies to ensure market fit and readiness.
▪️ Internationalisation services (including participation in conferences, fairs and missions): support in expanding business operations to new European markets, and regulatory compliance.
▪️ Portfolio management services and relations with investors: support in clear financial reporting, and efficient investor communication.
▪️ Planning and digital tools for (equity) crowdfunding campaigns: guidance on integrating digital technologies into fundraising.

If you are planning to apply for the Business and Innovation Services programme, follow the next recommendations:

Cost estimate
✔️ be sure to include a budget that for one of the 6 services offered (Business Consulting, IPR and Patent Analysis, Market Analysis/Validation, Internationalization Services, Portfolio Management and Investor Relations, and Planning and digital tools for (equity) crowdfunding campaigns;
✔️ include procurement costs in the budget;
✔️ do not include expenses for equipment/components, etc;
✔️ make sure that the cost item for services corresponds to the price specified in the Offer.

Offer
An Offer is a mandatory requirement for receiving a grant, so we recommend that you choose a service provider carefully. When requesting an offer from potential providers, please pay attention to the following:
✔️ the offer should strictly correspond to the services provided by the grant;
✔️ the cost of the services should be clearly stated and coincide with the amount specified in the Cost estimate;
✔️the Оffer should be official: if it is a document, then the signature and seal of the service provider should be included, if it is a presentation, the date, contacts and e-mail address of the service provider should be included;
* Offer in the form of a WORD document or a screenshot is not considered official.

Completeness of the proposal
Please check that all documents are attached before submitting the full proposal.

In addition to financial support, all programmes are designed to propel the selected projects to the next level by providing them with the necessary mentorship, resources, and opportunities to network with European stakeholders.

In total, the project can attract up to €60,000.

📢The Vinnytsia Regional Development Agency was among the five organizations selected from among 35 applicants to participate in the special project "MBA Students 4 NGOs", implemented by the International Institute of Management Бізнес-школа МІМ and Pro Bono Club Ukraine Pro Bono Club Ukraine.

🎯The project aims to popularize the pro bono movement (intellectual volunteering) in the business environment and help in the development of the public sector.

The main cases considered within the framework of the project:
Marketing (market, competitors, communications, promotion);
✅ Management (organizational development, team interaction, projects, leadership;
✅Finance (financial reporting, search for financing, taxes).

📕Yes, in the next few months, the participating organizations will work side by side with leading business specialists who are students of the MBA program at the MIM business school, on solving their problems, and the joint work will end with a summation of results, where the project participants will talk about the path traveled and what was achieved.

Career portal Happy Monday (NGO "Professionals of the Future") and UN Women in Ukraine are launching the project “Women For The Future”. Its goal is to help Ukrainian women, who have lost their jobs and/or income due to the war, to find new opportunities for employment and professional development.
What awaits the participants of the project?
By participating in the initiative, women can join the following activities:
• a series of lectures to increase the level of stress resistance and adjust to an active job search and professional realization in a new place;
• a series of webinars on employment and professional development;
• individual and group career counseling;
• professional retraining programs on various topics;
• a closed community with experts who will provide professional advice on employment and career development, and where participants will have the opportunity to communicate with each other and share experiences.

The project Effective fundraising for the implementation of
volunteer initiatives related to hostilities or their
consequences" is gaining momentum!😲

On July 29-30-31, employees and volunteers of the Vinnytsia Regional Development Agency took part in the second three-day training as part of the training course "Effective fundraising - through an individual approach".

During the training, participants:
• learned to distinguish different female archetypes;
• developed the skills of an individual approach in working with donors, partners, target audiences and working groups;
• understood the importance of an individual approach when implementing fundraising activities.

The trainer of the event is Inna Yavorska - 👍psychologist, psychoanalytical psychotherapist, training analyst and supervisor of APPU.
