В ЕДИНОЕ ГАРМОНИЧНОЕ ОБЩЕСТВО СОСУЩЕСТВОВАНИЯ.

Вся накопленная человеческая мудрость сосуществования собрана и сохраняется в полном объеме в учениях трех основных религий. Христианской, мусульманской и буддийской.
Мудрость этих учений проверена тысячелетиями. Тот, кто хорошо владел этими знаниями, мог легко управлять народами и создавать необходимую ситуацию.
Программа АССАМБЛЕИ ОБЪЕДИНЕННЫХ НАЦИЙ подходит к своему завершению.
Народы перестают доверять и подчинятся планам своих правителей. Подсознательная тяга к духовности и возвышенности, заставляет народы находить гармонию сосуществования в религии.
Эволюционный процесс развития цивилизации подсказывает нам, что третье тысячелетие будет основано на высоком уровне сосуществования общества, управляемого единым духовным центром на базе объединения всех знаний. Главным органом управления станет не совет межправительственных институтов, а ЕДИНЫЙ СОВЕТ ВЕРЫ, где будут представлены духовные представители народов, исповедующих свою религию.
ЕДИНЫЙ СОВЕТ ВЕРЫ рассматривает глобальные вопросы на своих заседаниях, которые проходят на постоянной основе. Важным фактором успешной деятельности ЕДИНОГО СОВЕТА ВЕРЫ является его местонахождение. ЕДИНЫЙ СОВЕТ ВЕРЫ должен находиться на границе основных религий, какой является регион Крыма. Сочетание великой гармонии моря, гор и лесов в Ялте будет наглядным подтверждением гармонии трех стихий для гармонии трех религий.
Комплекс будет построен совместными усилиями трех религиозных сторон без участия и влияния государственных организаций.
Инициатива должна исходить, только от религиозных институтов и поддержана народом. Содержание ЕДИНОГО СОВЕТА ВЕРЫ будет исключительно за деньги религиозных организаций, исключая зависимость от государственных структур. Решение принимается большинством голосов духовных представителей.
Принятое решение на ЕДИНОМ СОВЕТЕ ВЕРЫ является законом для всех народов, уважающих религию. Нарушение принятого решения карается по законам той религии, где был нарушен закон. Государство может взять на себя только декларативные функции.
Важную роль в инициативе создания ЕДИНОГО СОВЕТА ВЕРЫ сыграют мудрые, дальновидные духовные и политические лидеры. Проявленная инициатива будет замечена в первую очередь своим народом, что повысит уровень доверия и уважения к своему лидеру.

ИДЕЯ АРХИТЕКТУРЫ ПРОЕКТА

Архитектурная композиция выстраивается вокруг зеркального шара, олицетворяющего единого нашего «ОТЦА».
На равном расстоянии от шара расположены три высотных здания, архитектурно олицетворяющих три основных религиозных направления вероисповедания. Христианскую,

мусульманскую, буддийскую. Это места, где будут располагаться резиденции религиозных представительств на постоянной основе .
Символ чистоты во всех религиях - это вода. Прозрачную крышу зала заседания будет омывать потоки воды, сравнивая души и мысли мудрейших старейшин для принятия правильного решения.
Луч яркого света, направленного из шара на зал заседаний будет показывать единение мудрейших с нашим «ОТЦОМ».

RELIGION, AS the UNIQUE TOOL of ASSOCIATION of MANKIND In the UNIFORM HARMONIOUS SOCIETY of COEXISTENCE.

All saved up human wisdom of coexistence is collected and kept in full in doctrines of three basic religions: Christian, Muslim and Buddhist. Wisdom of these doctrines is checked up by millennia. The one who well owned this knowledge, could operate easily people and create a necessary situation.
The program of ASSEMBLY of the UNITED NATIONS approaches to the end. People cease to trust and will obey to plans of the governors. Subconscious bent for of spirituality and a height, forces people to find harmony of coexistence in religion.
Evolutionary development of a civilization prompts us, that the third millennium will be based on a high level of coexistence of the society operated by the uniform spiritual center on the basis of association of all knowledge.
Principal organ of management becomes not advice of intergovernmental institutes, and UNIFORM ADVICE of BELIEF where spiritual representatives of people professing the religion will be presented.
UNIFORM ADVICE of BELIEF considers global questions at the sessions which pass on a constant basis. The important factor of successful activity of UNIFORM ADVICE of BELIEF is its site. UNIFORM ADVICE of BELIEF should be on border of the basic religions. Such place is Crimea.

The combination of great harmony of the sea, mountains and woods in Yalta will be evident acknowledgement of harmony of three elements for harmony of three religions.
The complex will be constructed by joint efforts of three religious parties without participation and influence of the state organizations. The initiative should proceed only from religious institutes and is supported by people. The maintenance of UNIFORM ADVICE of BELIEF will be exclusively for money of the religious organizations, excepting dependence on the state structures. The decision is accepted by the majority of voices of spiritual representatives.
The made decision on UNIFORM ADVICE of BELIEF is the law for all people respecting religion. Infringement of the made decision is punished under laws of that religion where the law has been broken. The state can incur only declarative functions.
The important role in the initiative of creation of UNIFORM ADVICE of BELIEF wise, far-sighted spiritual and political leaders will play. The shown initiative will be noticed first of all by people that will raise a level of trust and respect for the leader.
The IDEA of ARCHITECTURE of the PROJECT

The Architectural composition is built around of the mirror sphere personifying uniform our FATHER. Equally spaced from a sphere three high-altitude buildings, architecturally personifying three basic religious direction of creed are located: Christian, Muslim, Buddhist.

These are places where residences of religious representations on a constant basis will settle down. The symbol of cleanliness in all religions is water. A transparent roof of a hall of session will wash streams of water, comparing showers and ideas of the wisest elders for acceptance of the correct decision. The beam of the bright light directed from a sphere on a boardroom will show a unification of the wisest with our FATHER.
