Hi buyers, I still keep getting enquiries for cheap gold. Let me tell you there is no such thing as cheap gold. The miners are very well aware of the global price. If one goes individually to a mine you will see that the miners will first check the global price and only then tell you the price. Sometimes miners are killed in landslides during rainy season and sometimes to get 1gm they mine for a week. So please whoever is contacting me kindly understand how the industry works and then negotiate with me. Thanks

There are some things a buyer should know before you decide on dealing with suppliers. Most buyers don't know how the mines in many African countries work. Here we shall discuss about these. First and foremost there is no cheap gold. Most buyers come with this mindset that gold is very cheap in Africa. The ones who do start businesses here sit and wait for months expecting the suppliers to go to their offices to sell the gold which in most cases does not happen. Then why should buyers come to Africa, pay heaps to set up their businesses and then wait for something to happen.
