The white rhino is the largest of the five living rhinoceros species.
At Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, these incredible animals are protected in a natural environment where conservation, research and tourism come together.

White rhinos are mainly grazers, using their wide lips to feed on grasses. They may look intimidating because of their size and powerful horns, but they are generally calm animals when left undisturbed.
