HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
Prince Public School is an indian based school opening up it's branch in Uganda. We are looking for qualified personnel to fill up the position of Human Resource Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE
A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields, alongside a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management. A post graduate diploma is a must
Candidates must have 5–7+ years of progressive experience, deep knowledge of local labour laws, and membership in professional bodies.
Professional Certification: Membership with the Human Resource Managers Association of Uganda (HRMAU) or a similar professional body is highly valued.
Typical Responsibilities
Leading talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding strategies.
Managing employee relations, discipline, and ensuring compliance with local laws.
Overseeing performance management systems and staff development initiatives.
Developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
WHAT WE OFFER
Competitive Salary of range UGX 4,000,000 - 7,000,000 per month depending on experience
