Some people pass through an organisation. Others leave a piece of themselves in it. For us, Hannah Kabejja is one of those people.

For years, she has been there, across departments, behind the scenes, in the middle of the chaos, always ready to step in, help out and push us forward. She has been a colleague, a cheerleader, a problem-solver and, in so many ways, part of the heart of this organisation.

As we celebrate 10 years, we cannot tell that story without telling hers. She has given so much to our journey and played a real part in helping us get here. We genuinely would not be the organisation we are today without her.

A few days ago, we gathered around a cake, shared memories, laughed, shed a few emotional moments and reminded her just how much she means to us. It was a small goodbye for someone who has made such an unforgettable impact in Node Group Consult.

We are going to miss her, more than we probably know how to put into words. But above everything, we are grateful. Grateful for the years, the memories, the hard work, the laughter and everything she poured into this organisation.

Thank you for being part of our story. And as you begin your next chapter, we hope you know just how deeply you will be missed. ❤️
