On World Earth Day, the Ecoplastile team joined hands with key environmental stakeholders in Fort Portal for a meaningful day of action and impact.
In partnership with Golf Academy, of Water and Environment, and the Portal City Council, we participated in a city-wide clean-up and tree-planting exercise aimed at improving sanitation and restoring the River Mpanga catchment.
From clearing waste in the city center to planting trees that will shape a greener future, the day reflected the power of collective action. Beyond the physical impact, it was an opportunity to engage communities, raise awareness, and reinforce the importance of sustainable practices.
At Ecoplastile, transforming plastic waste into durable roofing solutions is only part of our mission. Being on the ground, working alongside communities, is how we drive real environmental change.
A cleaner, greener future is possible when we act together.
