Kampala Capital City Authority - KCCA I think its high time you started signing service level Agreements with your contractors. For heavens sake we are in the 21st century were fellow human beings construct 200 floors in 6 months. You can't afford to plough city roads and leave them like this for weeks. A lot of dust is gathering on our products and when the rains fall, our shops flood. At the end of the day you will come ruthlessly asking for trading license, local service tax, garbage fees etc... Where do you think this money comes from when we are losing revenue b'se of your incompetency??????
