An individual whose item has been lost only has to send their perso
nal details on our website using their mobile devices (phones). Once the item is recovered, the owner is alerted using the details that will have been fed in our system. The clients (persons reporting lost items) can therefore keep making enquires about the status of their item(s) directly to our website. Similarly, a person who has picked / recovered an item is encouraged to report it through the same system; they will then be directed where to drop / deposit the item: eMart will conclude this “communication” between the parties by alerting the owner for collection.
