The primary objective of communication is to convey or share information. You have to deal with a large and varied amount of information on a daily basis in order to conduct various activities. If you have an organization or business, proper flow of information will help you make right decisions.

HOW TO GET YOUR OWN EXPERIENCE

Many people face the challenge of defining their experience in life. Who told you that you have no experience? This is commonly demanded when attending interviews.
Now, listen. How do you call your first encounter of life at birth? In fact, was it not experience that made you cry on seeing how difficult the world is? But, did someone tell you to cry? No. No, because it was your personal experience that made you cry. The world proved hostile to you at birth. Are you not the one that is facing the world so wild up to today? Are you not experienced enough?

This is the fact about experience now. There is no school, lesson or lecture for experience. It is your own knowledge you should express to anybody who would demand your experience about any given situation. Proving that you do not have experience is a mere fact that you have failed yourself.

Be brave. Be yourself. Mean what you are. You can still learn what is expected of you as experience.

GREAT MINDS THINK ALIKE

Thoughts are with you and within you. Minds think the way you evoke them to do so. Look at people around you. What do you think about them? Are they the same? What makes them different? If you see a difference, that's how they look at you and themselves.
I want you to look at them again. Are there things that are common among some of them? That's how they think about each other.
That's how great minds think alike.
